“ WOW...that pretty much sums it up. I could stop right here because really thats all you need to know when dining at Guy Savoy, but I wont. The atmosphere is elegant, modern, spacious, yet also cozy and romantic. The service was superb. We were treated like royalty, but in a fun and playful way. While a certain etiquette was adhered to, this was a relaxed experience. Sometimes I find the servers in a restaurant of this caliber are too formal, but here it turned into a memorable night. And then theres the food...well, I dont know how to describe it other than that every single dish on the tasting menu was amazing. It is a delight to the senses. The nice thing about a cuisine like this is they keep on surprising you with more and more little bites to eat, so heres a tip...refrain from eating too much of the delicious bread they serve at the beginning of the meal. And then when we walked out, we received yet another treat a little box with a breakfast brioche for the next morning. I am savoring it now as I write this review ”

“ I visited several weeks ago. Outstanding food and service. The seating arrangement can lead to being too close to loud tables, however, the staff is quick to notice and respond accordingly. I opted for the set menu with the wine pairing. The staff was on hand to explain the nuances and ingredients. They were also receptive when I requested an alternate wine with one of the dishes Cab and Lobster dont work even if its Chateau Talbot. The atmosphere is elegant and plenty of details one cant appreciate in a single outing. Luckily, I expect to visit again on a future visit to Las Vegas. ”

“ Top tier. Came in for an anniversary dinner and it did not disappoint at 2300 mind you. Everything was amazing though we were so full by course 5 or 6, we couldnt enjoy everything else! We went with the tasting menu and then added in a HALF colored caviar dish take note, you can order half of it, with a white truffle risotto. This was a mistake as it was too much for. And speaking of the risotto, there was more fresh truffle than you could even eat!! As they said, were going to make it rain truffle on your risotto and it was flying everywhere so much fun! Our favorite dishes were the Truffle Artichoke soup and Wagyu and Lobster. We could have ignored the Octopus not that it was bad or the cheese cone no thanks. The wine pairing was amazing as well. Each dish was accompanied by a great selection from a sommelier pouring and explaining esoteric wines. The Burgundy region of France continues to shine with their whites lately. Come hungry! ”

“ Sublime Evening at Guy Savoy Last night, we had the distinct pleasure of dining at Guy Savoy, and it was an unforgettable experience. The atmosphere was truly enchanting, setting the stage for a truly special evening. Our culinary journey began with a divine artichoke and black truffle soup. Adrian, our exceptional waiter, expertly guided us through each course, providing fascinating insights into the preparation of the soup. The bread cart presentation was a sight to behold, and the butter from Normandy was exquisite. With a dazzling array of breads to choose from, we were advised to savor them judiciously, as a feast of courses awaited. My wife opted for the Salomon iceberg, prepared tableside. The sashimistyle fish, seasoned on a Himalayan salt block and presented dramatically with dry ice, was then served with a fragrant lemongrass broth and bok choy. I indulged in the Sealand, a magnificent combination of A5 Japanese wagyu beef and lobster, accompanied by a rich lobster bordelaise. Each course was perfectly complemented by wine pairings expertly selected by the sommelier. Adrians attentive service throughout the evening was truly a highlight. This was our inaugural dining experience at a Michelinrated restaurant, and it exceeded all expectations. Guy Savoy is a testament to culinary artistry and impeccable service. ”

“ Loved having my meal this week. I felt pampered. Tried the tasting menu and every course was delicious. The staff was friendly, attentive, and great at their job. The nonalcoholic champagne was great. Ive been here prepandemic so wasnt sure how it would be but they surpassed my expectations and keeping true to their fine dining roots. There were fewer courses but I would not change the menu. The waygyu A5 was melt in your mouth. The truffle soup was decadent. The sauces were rich and complex, and full of flavor. And theyre still baking amazing bread with that delicious mound of butter. Pastry chef did an amazing job with the desserts. Its nice to treat myself in Vegas! Was worth it. ”

“ We had an incredible time at Restaurant Guy Savoy. The food was incredible and the service was unmatched. The entire staff was professional, cordial, and attentive, although I would like to particularly express my thanks to Andre for making our night particularly fantastic. We were unfortunate enough to have another patron seated next to us that was overly intoxicated and particularly bothersome for my partner and I. We were having a date night and he was bothering us nearly constantly for at least 2030 minutes. The staff quickly recognized the issue at hand and helped find a way to alleviate the situation without kicking anyone out or causing a scene. I was impressed by how they handled things so professionally without impacting our experience in the slightest. That said, the mushroom truffle soup and the surf and turf were particular standouts in a night where everything was delicious. Dinner was very expensive but I absolutely plan to visit again the next time were in Vegas. ”
